We attended two dedicated Childbirth and Labour management sessions by Mrs. Swapnil. These sessions were very informative about the labour journey and gave us enough heads up about the different labour pain signs and how to deal and progress through it. These sessions also included exercises and techniques for easing out on labour pain. All of the sessions were well structured and delivered. Had we not signed up, we would have never known the unspoken nuances of labour in general, including dilation stages and coping up with the contractions via different breathing techniques! I am writing this review a month into my postpartum and I can vouch for these sessions that they are a worthy investment which helps both the partners. Highly recommend these sessions by Mrs. Swapnil. ☺️ This also helped my husband to prepare mentally. He was kind enough to created coloured notes of the stages mentioned by Swapnil. As soon as we reached the final dilation stage, we knew its code RED and we immediately reminded our doctors about few things that we had rehearsed. Thanks again Mrs. Swapnil.

Mrs Swapnil is the best out there. She knows what she does and is very confident. I took prenatal yoga classes from her till my 39th week. It helped me so much during my delivery and in postpartum recovery. I was able to walk on my own after 12-14 my c-section. I would blindly recommend her to anyone who is planning or in their pregnancy journey. She is very patient and genuinely cares for her clients and will guide you at every level. We also took Lamaze classes from her which were again very detailed and helpful. She explained each and every aspect of delivery, labor and beyond.
